Hydrogen peroxide stabilizer FCB concentrated solution

A special stabilizer without silicon for use in alkaline oxygen bleaching of pure cotton and its blended fabrics.

Due to the outstanding performance of stabilizer FCB, it is suitable for use in alkaline hydrogen peroxide bleaching of pure cotton and cotton blended fabrics.

The concentrated solution of stabilizer FCB also has excellent effects and synergistic effects when used in very low quantities. Its advantages include: 

Completely replace sodium silicate;

Low dosage can achieve high whiteness;

Chelate heavy metal ions to prevent damage caused by catalysis;

Resistant to caustic soda up to 70g/l (approximately 100Be’);

Non-foaming product;

Can be applied in continuous and non-continuous processes, and also suitable for cold rolling pile processes;

The product has good biodegradability. 

1. Performance

Appearance: Yellow liquid

Chemical structure: A mixture of inorganic and organic substances;

20°C density: 1.15 g/cm³;

pH: 2.8 - 3.8;

Solubility: Can be dissolved in cold water in any proportion;

Storage stability: Can be preserved for 12 months at 0 - 50°C. If the product freezes, it can be restored by slightly stirring after thawing;

Stability:

--Hard water: Good;

--Alkali: Can withstand caustic soda up to 100 Be';

Compatibility:

--Penetrant/Spot Remover: Very good;

--Stability: Very good;

--Reduction agent: Very good

--Oxidizing agent (hydrogen peroxide): Very good;

2. Application scope:

Discontinuous process:

0.2 - 1 ml/l Stabilizer FCB concentrated solution

Used in winding dyeing, ribbon, overflow, jet machinery and other liquid circulation equipment;

Continuous process:

2 - 8 ml/l Stabilizer FCB concentrated solution

Flat-width steam bleaching equipment, U and J-shaped box bleaching equipment, and impregnation machinery;

Semi-continuous process

2 - 8 ml/l Stabilizer FCB concentrated solution

Rolling equipment, cold rolling pile, and quick steaming machinery. 

2.1 Application Examples -- 100%

Step 1: Protonation and defatting treatment (rolling process)

4.0 - 6.0 ml/l Sandozin XTRA liq c or Sandozin MRZ liq

0.5 - 1.0 ml/l Sirrix ANTOX.CN liq

3.0 - 5.0 ml/l Bactosol PHC concentrated liquid

Adjust pH to 4 - 5

--Wet spin at 40 - 60°C;

--Stack at room temperature for 4 - 6 hours;

--Wash with water.

Step 2: Hydrogen peroxide bleaching (rolling steaming process)

2.0 - 3.0 ml/l Sandozin XTRA liq c or Sandozin MRZ liq

2.0 - 6.0 ml/l Stabilizer FCB concentrated liquid

1.0 - 2.0 ml/l Sirrix ANTOX.CN liq

10 - 20 ml/l 48°Be caustic soda

20 - 30 ml/l 50% hydrogen peroxide

--Wet spin;

--Steam at 100°C for 20 minutes;

--Wash with water. 

Step 3: Remove residual hydrogen peroxide (flat-bed water washing machine)

Water tank 1: 95°C water;

Water tank 2: 95°C water;

Water tank 3: 80°C water;

Water tank 4: 50°C, pH 6-9

Water tank 5: 20-40°C, pH 6-7

If there is still residual hydrogen peroxide, add enzyme ARL IP solution 0.3-1.0ml/l.
