Sirrix® ANTOX liquid
The new chelating dispersant can be widely used in the continuous treatment of cotton and linen fabrics to prevent catalytic damage and the oxidation of cellulose, and also helps to improve the whiteness of the fabrics.
• Remove iron ion contaminants from cotton
• Prevent catalytic damage and holes caused by iron
• Remove calcium and magnesium contaminants from cotton
• Significantly improve the whiteness of cotton fiber fabrics after oxygen bleaching
• Prevent insoluble calcium soap precipitates and other deposits from accumulating in equipment such as steam boxes and washing tanks
• Has high dispersing performance and can also avoid the formation of precipitates of insoluble salts in the bleaching solution
• Has good compatibility with α-amylase delignifying enzyme products
• No foam

2. Action form
Sirrix ANTOX.CN solution can be used in every step of cotton pre-treatment, not only in desizing and oxygen bleaching, but also in cooking and mercerization. Due to its outstanding chelating ability, it can chelate iron ions, thereby eliminating the catalytic damage that iron may cause to the fabric. With
It can also chelate Ca2+ and Mg2+.
It can also act on natural dyes, thereby significantly improving the whiteness of the fabric after oxygen bleaching. This avoids the need for additional reduction bleaching or oxidation bleaching.
