RUCO-STAB LGA Multi-functional Bleaching Agent
Product Components: A special hydrogen peroxide bleaching aid composed of various inorganic salts and surface activators, an anionic type.
Priority Usage Area: Suitable for multi-functional bleaching of cellulose and its blended fibers, applicable to different bleaching and dyeing equipment. It has a special effect on the one-step bleaching of linen and its blended fibers. It can reduce the damage to fibers caused by the pretreatment of silk protein, wool and its blended fibers.
Properties: - White granular
- 1% solution pH value is 11-12
- Has bleaching, hydrogen peroxide stability, penetration, chelation dispersion, and alkaline agent functions
- Gives the bleaching effect to the fibers
- After bleaching, the fiber strength damage is small
- After bleaching, gives the fabric a good soft hand feel
RUCO-STAB LGA has multiple functions such as bleaching, penetration, hydrogen peroxide stability, chelation dispersion, and alkaline agent. During bleaching, it only needs to be used in combination with hydrogen peroxide to achieve a very good bleaching effect; compared with traditional bleaching processes, it is more convenient to operate, saves costs, and improves production efficiency, and significantly reduces the storage space and cost of additives.
In the hydrogen peroxide bleaching process, too little alkali agent cannot ensure the full dissolution of hydrogen peroxide, and the more alkali agent added, the greater the damage to the fiber strength.
The RUCO-STAB LGA product is compounded with an alkali agent that can achieve a very good bleaching effect and can significantly reduce the damage to fiber strength to a considerable extent. For example, when pretreating cotton and wool blended fibers, using RUCO-STAB LGA can achieve both a good pretreatment effect and significantly reduce the damage to wool during the pretreatment process.
