Applications: RUCOGEN FWK can be used in cold or hot treatment baths. Due to its good stability and excellent wetting and cleaning capabilities, this product can be used for scouring and washing of various fibers.

RUCOGEN FWK can be directly added to the pre-treatment working solution without pre-dissolution. The dosage depends on the degree of contamination and the type of fiber oil stains and stains, and is as follows:

0.5 - 4 g/l RUCOGEN FWK

Depending on the fiber type, the fabric is treated in neutral or alkaline medium with hot or cold water. Increasing the temperature can improve the washing effect. The optimal treatment temperature is 80 ℃, and the treated fabric has good uniform absorption performance.

Due to its excellent washing effect, RUCOGEN FWK is very suitable for pre-cleaning before dyeing, and the recommended dosage is: 3 - 8 g/l RUCOGEN FWK 2

Storage: If stored below 0℃, this product may solidify or its consistency may change. Heat it to 20 - 25℃ and stir it, then it can be used as usual. To ensure product quality, the bucket lid must be covered after each use.
