AVITERA® SE series is a classic eco-friendly reactive dye independently developed by Huntsman, which is specially designed for dyeing and coloring all kinds of cellulosic fibers such as cotton, viscose, linen and modal. It has become a mainstream green dye solution widely recognized in the textile industry relying on advanced molecular structure design and excellent environmental protection performance.
Different from traditional ordinary reactive dyes, AVITERA® SE adopts multi-active group chemical technology, which features high dye fixation rate, strong dyeing permeability and excellent color accumulation performance. In actual production and application, it can effectively improve the utilization rate of dyes, reduce the amount of residual dyes in wastewater, and greatly reduce the difficulty of subsequent cleaning and sewage treatment.
This series of eco-friendly dyes has outstanding advantages in energy saving, water saving and emission reduction. It can shorten the whole dyeing process flow, lower the required dyeing temperature, effectively save production water and electric energy consumption for textile factories, and obviously reduce the overall production cost while meeting the high-efficiency production demand.
In terms of color performance, AVITERA® SE has complete color spectrum, bright and pure color tone, uniform dyeing effect and no color difference or color spots easily. The finished dyed fabrics own superior washing fastness, rubbing fastness and sunlight fastness, which can fully meet the high-quality quality standards of medium and high-grade clothing fabrics and home textile fabrics.
All products of AVITERA® SE strictly abide by international environmental protection standards, do not contain restricted harmful substances such as heavy metals, APEO and formaldehyde, and pass ZDHC, REACH and OEKO-TEX related certifications smoothly. It can be safely used in infant clothing, close-fitting clothing and other high-standard textile production fields.
In addition to excellent single dye performance, Huntsman also supports matched auxiliary formula design for AVITERA® SE dyes. Through the combined use of special leveling agents, soaping agents and color fixing agents, the dyeing stability can be further improved, the defective rate can be reduced, and the whole cellulosic fiber dyeing process can be more standardized and efficient.
