RUCO-STAT ADM Antistatic Agent
Product Components: Alkylamine ethoxy compounds, cationic

- Washable, no need for curing
- Does not affect hand feel
- Complies with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 for product class 1 (children's clothing)
- Has a synergistic effect with hydrophilic finishing agents
- Good acid resistance up to pH 4
Technical Parameters: - Clear yellow viscous liquid
- At 20℃, specific gravity is approximately 1.04 g/cm3
- pH value is approximately 5.0 - 6.0
- Easily soluble in cold water
Applications: Dissolve RUCO-STAT ADM in cold water and then add it to the working bath.
Washing process 30 - 60 g/l RUCO-STAT ADM
Dilution rate 40 - 60 %
Drying Conventional conditions
To achieve wash resistance, baking is not necessarily required
Dipping process RUCO-STAT ADM is suitable for dipping process processing 4 - 6 % RUCO-STAT ADM (o.w.f.)
pH value: 7.0 - 7.5
Temperature: 50 ℃
Time: approximately 20 minutes
Bath ratio: 3 : 1 to 10 : 1

Therefore, the spraying should be conducted in a sealed space or in a well-ventilated working environment to avoid excessive concentration of suspended particles. Do not inhale the aerosol particles.

Storage: If this product is stored below 0°C, it may solidify or its concentration may change. When heated to 20 - 25℃ and thoroughly stirred, this product can continue to be used.
This product is sensitive to heat and should not be stored in an environment above 40℃, otherwise it may cause irreparable damage.
If the storage conditions are too warm, the performance of the product needs to be checked before use.
