®RUCO-FIL AWU 200
Waxing agent for yarn with high concentration and moisture
Product composition: Wax emulsion, cationic
Priority application domain: Suitable for high concentration and moisture waxing agents for various types of knitting yarn or woven yarn.
Properties: - Has high affinity for fibers
- Gives the finished yarn a uniform low friction coefficient (high surface smoothness)
- Excellent soft hand feel
- Compatible with non-ionic or cationic smoothing agents
Technical data: - White emulsion
- At 20℃, density is approximately 1.0g/cm3
- pH value is approximately 4
- Easily diluted in cold water or warm water (preferably up to 40℃)
Applications:
Waxing in water RUCO-FIL AWU 200 is used in the fresh bath after yarn bleaching or dyeing. Recommended dosage:
0.5 - 1.5% RUCO-FIL AWU 200
Before wet waxing treatment, the yarn needs to be fully neutralized (recommended to use neutralizing acid RUCO-ACID ABS) to avoid residual alkali on the yarn affecting the stability and absorption rate of the finishing solution.
Application pH value 5.0 - 6.0 (yarn of cellulose fibers)
6.5 - 7.0 (fiber or wool yarn)
Better final processing temperature 40℃ (yarn of cellulose fibers)
50℃ (fiber or wool yarn)
Process Flow time cycle ratio: Inner-outer 2 minutes / Outer-inner 4 minutes
Heating rate 1℃/minute
Drying can be carried out in a normal pressure or pressurized oven (cellulose fiber yarn at 120℃, synthetic fiber at 80-100℃), as well as an infrared oven.
