Guan L-10 Purpose

Guanze L-10 is a liquid cellulose enzyme produced by microorganisms from non-pathogenic bacteria through fermentation in water. It can remove the hairs protruding on the surface of cellulose fibers, giving the fabric a soft and comfortable feel, with long-lasting effect; it can significantly reduce the fuzzing and balling on the surface of cellulose fabrics, making the fabric have better luster and brighter colors after dyeing.

Properties

Chemical composition: Enzyme preparation

Specific gravity at 20℃: Approximately 1 g/cm3

Physical form: Liquid

Storage stability: Stable at 20℃ in a sealed container for 6 months, the product is sensitive at 0℃ and above 30℃.

Toxicity/Environmentally friendly: The storage, operation and use of this product should comply with general hygiene and safety regulations for chemical storage and transportation, and it should not be swallowed. Application

Pre-treatment biological polishing process: After oxygen漂 treatment and water washing, add water and adjust the pH to around 5.0 using acetic acid and sodium acetate. Heat to 55℃, add GAN enzyme L-10 for biological polishing for 20 to 60 minutes → inactivation treatment.

Temperature: The application temperature is 50℃ - 65℃, and the more suitable temperature is 55℃.

pH stability: This product is applicable to pH of 4.5 - 6.0, and the more suitable pH is 5.0.

Practical example:

- Equipment: Overflow / jet dyeing machine.

- GAN enzyme L-10 dosage: 0.5% - 2.0% by weight.

- Bath ratio: 1:5 - 1:20.

- Temperature: Around 55℃.

- pH: Around 5.0.

- Polishing time: 20 - 60 minutes.

- Inactivation: Raise the temperature to 80℃ for 10 minutes. Or add 1 gram per liter of soda ash and heat to 70℃ for 10 minutes.
