Foam performance Minimal foam
Environmental toxicity data Refer to the safety data sheet.
2. Working Principle
Due to the outstanding performance of Imerol FLOW liquid, it is applicable to various types of fibers in mechanical devices that cause friction marks and knotting problems.
Its unique application performance integrates excellent penetration, cleaning, and stability properties, meeting the requirements of rational and economic processes.
3. Application Scope
Non-continuous process
0.5 - 2.0% Imerol FLOW liq
Can be applied to rope-like, spray overflow, and other cyclic dyeing machines
Examples of application: : :
Oxygen bleaching (bath ratio: 8:1 - 10:1**)
0.3 - 1% Imerol FLOW Liq
3 - 4ml/l Sodium hydroxide (50%) 3 - 4ml/l H
2O2 (50%)
Add the additive at 40℃, then raise the temperature at a rate of 2 - 4℃/min to 98℃. Boil for 45 minutes or heat at 110℃ for 15 minutes. Cool to 70℃ and drain the liquid. Rinsing
Rinsing with 80℃ warm water for 10 - 20 minutes, then draining
Rinsing with cold water mixed with 0.2 - 0.5ml/l Sirrix NE solution, then draining
Enzyme treatment to remove residual hydrogen peroxide:
0.01 - 0.1ml/l Enzyme ARL IP solution is treated at 30 - 40℃ and pH 6 - 8.5 for 10 - 20 minutes. No drainage is required and it can be directly stained. Color.
